What Method Is Used For Shipping?
All packages in the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Packages are shipped Internationally via DHL.

ORDERS:
I Placed An Order. Will I Receive An Order Confirmation?
After you complete the checkout process, the Order Summary page will confirm the details of the order you have placed. The status of your order will be sent to you via email. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information to track your shipment.
I Have Not Received My Order Confirmation, What Should I Do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If it has been 24 hours, please contact us by by emailing customercare@barbeeorganics.com with your inquiry.
I’ve Placed My Order. What If I Need To Change My Order?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to contact us by emailing customercare@barbeeorganics.com.
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include tracking information to track your package.
I Placed An Order. When Will My Package Arrive?
All PRE-ORDER items will begin shipping August 2019. You will get an email notification when the item is released and once released, the general processing time for orders is 48 hours. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days (10-15 business days internationally). If you do not receive your order within seven to fourteen business days of receiving notification of release, please contact customer support or by emailing customercare@barbeeorganics.com. Thank you for your patience.
How Do I Return My Order?
We do not allow refunds, only exchanges. All items are inspected before shipping, however if your item is damaged upon delivery please contact customer support by emailing customercare@barbeeorganics.com.
Regular Priced Items bought on BARBEEORGANICS.com will be accepted for a exchange within 20 days of the purchase date.
